Meg is Fíonta's Chief Executive Officer, responsible for ensuring customers recognize the value of their software and consulting investment and have an exceptional experience working with the firm. With 25+ years in the CRM ecosystem, she moved from pre-sales at Siebel and Salesforce into consulting, where she's spent the past decade helping customers transform their businesses through better customer and partner experiences, greater operational efficiency, and hands-on mentorship of her team. Meg holds six Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud.

Now leading business development at Fíonta, he brings that same listen-first approach, along with a hands-on commitment to community work outside the office, to building relationships rooted in trust and lasting impact.
