Meg is Fíonta's Chief Executive Officer, responsible for ensuring customers recognize the value of their software and consulting investment and have an exceptional experience working with the firm. With 25+ years in the CRM ecosystem, she moved from pre-sales at Siebel and Salesforce into consulting, where she's spent the past decade helping customers transform their businesses through better customer and partner experiences, greater operational efficiency, and hands-on mentorship of her team. Meg holds six Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud.

Jordan has worked with Salesforce at nonprofits, foundations, government agencies, and Fortune 50 companies and is excited to use his skills to help these organizations achieve their goals. He has an MA in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. Jordan is a 14x Salesforce Certified Expert, including Platform App Builder, Nonprofit Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, Strategy Designer, and more.
