Emily Peck

Senior Account Executive (she/her)

Emily brings 25 years of experience in higher education and a lifelong commitment to lifting others and advancing community success. As a Senior Account Executive at Fíonta, she leads with a consultative, relationship-first approach and a core belief that when people have the right tools and support, they can change the world.

Before joining Fíonta, Emily served as Regional Vice President of Sales for Ad Astra, where she partnered with colleges and universities to identify solutions and data-informed strategies that improved student success, expanded access, and enhanced institutional effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President of Student Services at a community college, leading all aspects of enrollment management and student development.

Deeply committed to community service, she served on the board of Family Service Society and as an ambassador for The Merryman House Domestic Crisis Center, both focused on supporting families in crisis and promoting safety and stability in western Kentucky.

As a Senior Account Executive at Fíonta, Emily acts as a strategic partner to nonprofits and associations, translating complex technology challenges into actionable solutions. She helps organizations find, implement, and sustain the right technology for their mission and their budget, whether that's Salesforce, ongoing managed support, or web development.
