For three decades, Dan DePuy has built his career around a simple belief: understanding what mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, associations, and higher ed institutions are trying to accomplish before ever talking product, drawing on senior leadership experience at Affinaquest, Blackboard, and Blackbaud to do it well. Now leading business development at Fíonta, he brings that same listen-first approach, along with a hands-on commitment to community work outside the office, to building relationships rooted in trust and lasting impact.

Arden manages Fíonta's Accent practice. After starting as a Salesforce/Fonteva power user, Arden has worked in the Salesforce ecosystem for five years. As soon as she realized the power of the Salesforce platform, she transitioned from end user to implementation consultant and has since enjoyed leveraging her experience with Fonteva to assist clients across the country. Her passion is helping small teams learn to take advantage of all that Salesforce has to offer. Arden is a certified Salesforce Administrator, AI Specialist, AI Associate, and Scrum Product Owner with an association background.
