Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is a set of managed packages developed and maintained by Salesforce.org that allows nonprofits to manage their stakeholders, volunteers, campaigns, and donations on one platform.

In this webinar led by Fionta's Salesforce consultant Britzel Zuñiga, we will explore how nonprofits can leverage NPSP to steward their stakeholders, engage potential donors, manage donations and build reports and dashboards to visualize their data.

Britzel spent nine years in the Army National Guard as a Combat Medic, obtaining the rank of Sergeant, and was awarded the Army Commendation and Army Achievement Medals for outstanding leadership and exemplary service.

After graduating from George Mason University with a B.A. in Public Administration concentrating in nonprofit management she took an administrative role with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). While at NAMI, Britzel got involved with Vet force and leveraged the resources in the community to earn her Salesforce Administrator certification, and she played a critical part in NAMI’s Salesforce implementation. Since that time she has also received Community Cloud, AppBuilder, and Nonprofit Cloud certifications.
