Jenifer Alonzo is an innovative technology professional with exceptional ability to think through problems and execute functional solutions with a team. Prior to her Salesforce career, Jenifer was a tenured professor of Communications and Theatre Arts at Old Dominion University. Her academic focus on communication and team-building directly informs her ability to fully understand client needs and lead critical change management initiatives for clients.
Jenifer holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and an M.F.A. from Towson University. She is a Salesforce certified Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder.
