Over the years, Dan has coached youth sports, volunteered at family support organizations, and given hands-on time to community-building efforts in his local area. Showing up for others isn't a value he talks about. It's something he practices.

Before joining Fíonta, Dan held senior leadership positions at Affinaquest, Blackboard, and Blackbaud, where he built deep expertise in philanthropic technology, online learning, and the operational challenges unique to the nonprofit and higher education sectors.

What sets Dan apart is that he doesn't lead with product. He leads with questions, listening for what an organization is truly trying to accomplish before any conversation turns to software or solutions. For mission-driven clients working with limited resources and high stakes, that orientation makes all the difference.
